In class rhetoric

Kelsey's in class rhetoric is professional enough that we know she's the teacher but light hearted enough that we all can see her as a friend.  Her approach to everything is very authoritative and understanding. As students, it is easy to pay attention to her way of teaching because she keeps things simple and concise. I never feel bored because Kelsey makes sure to keep away from being redundant. If we ever go over a topic more than once, it seems as if we are learning something new. We always do different examples that can increase our understanding. Another thing that helps us stay attentive is how often she asks questions and makes sure to listen and understand each question and comment a student wants to make. I feel as if it is easier to succeed in this class because Kelsey builds up to the big projects by having us do simple assignments and criticizing them. Every piece of advice I have been given thus far has been useful in some way, shape, or form. I believe that it is easier to trust in Kelsey knowing that she cares so much about all of our needs and our success. At first, I really hoped that I would be able to test out of this class, but I have come to realize how much I have learned. All of the readings that we have had to do have helped, and they are great references when writing papers. It's a great class and it really isn't as stressful as I believed it would be!
